Payroll Tax Specialist at Paytime
Our Payroll Tax Specialists provide the utmost tax service to our client base. They are responsible for the accurate filing and paying of taxes and returns, ACH processing, and other tax duties to assist our clients and ensure their compliance with the everchanging scenery that are federal, state, and local tax codes.
As a Paytime payroll tax specialist, you’ll be critical to our success and work directly with clients every day. You’ll be assisting clients with tax issues as they arise, as well as auditing tax set up of new clients. This is a full-time position located in our Mechanicsburg office.
We’re looking for passionate and friendly payroll tax specialists who have:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Either possessing or ability to obtain payroll tax knowledge including regulations and law changes
- Basic knowledge of MS Internet Explorer, Outlook and Office
- Knowledge of payroll and experience with Master Tax preferred
- A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamentals of Payroll Concepts (FPC) credential or the work experience and education to obtain it
