Using our Remote HelpDesk tool, Paytime's support staff can connect directly to your PC to fix problems, investigate errors, or to show you step-by-step how to correctly accomplish tasks within our applications.
To use the Remote HelpDesk tool, you will need to call Paytime at (717)458-0021 and set up an appointment with a Support Agent. To use this service, you will need the following:
- A Computer Running Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT4, 2000, 2003, XP or Vista.
- A Broadband Internet Connection.
- The username and password you use to log onto your PC or Network.
