Paytime Remote HelpDesk

Using our Remote HelpDesk tool, Paytime's support staff can connect directly to your PC to fix problems, investigate errors, or to show you step-by-step how to correctly accomplish tasks within our applications.

To use the Remote HelpDesk tool, you will need to call Paytime at (717)458-0021 and set up an appointment with a Support Agent.

To use this service, you will need the following:

  • A Computer Running Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT4, 2000, 2003, XP or Vista.
  • A Broadband Internet Connection.
  • The username and password you use to log onto your PC or Network.

If you meet the requirements and have scheduled an appointment with an agent, click the link below to download the Remote HelpDesk tool. You will need to save this file to your computer (Preferrably on your Desktop) and double-click on the icon to get started.
