Customer Service:
We are looking for Customer Care Representatives who want to be a part of Paytime's future success. You will be responsible for responding to incoming client inquires via telephone and internet. You will have the opportunity to address issues of moderate complexity and responding orally and/or in writing in a professional manner.
Demonstrate your ability to coordinate client requests by partnering with other areas within the department, Service Team Managers and Field Associates. Learn and adhere to Paytime's production, quality and service standards.
